this is a brand new blog where I plan to write about my all time favourite hobby (and I have had loads!) I recently found that I have a talent for making inedible food props, I'm not sure how I found this out but it probably has something to do with my day job working at the amazing UK based kitchenware shop Lakeland, where I am surrounded by kitchenware and lots of different ideas to do with baking and cooking in general.
I started by making fake cupcakes for them to display and since then it has got out of hand. I am currently making an entire Christmas dinner with all the trimmings!
This blog is gonna be kinda like an online diary for me to write about my learning experiences, good and bad and to share it with the world so hopefully other people who make similar things (there must be other strange people like me, surely!) can become friends and share their knowledge along the way.
